We've worked with 250+ eCommerce brands across international markets, grown fast but sustainably, and kept one thing constant: our people-led mindset. Join an agency doing better by brands, by people and by the industry and take a look at our latest openings.
We’re aware of fraudsters impersonating NOVOS, sometimes using the name “NovosDigital” to promote fake online job opportunities.
These scams may ask you to complete tasks via an app or website, then deposit money or crypto to unlock commissions or withdrawals.
These offers are fraudulent and have no connection to NOVOS.
We do not offer task-based, product-rating, or optimisation jobs, and we do not contact candidates via WhatsApp, Telegram, or text to offer work. We will never ask you to pay a fee, make a deposit or send cryptocurrency. Our only website is thisisnovos.com, and any other “Novos” website offering jobs or payments is not affiliated with us. All genuine NOVOS vacancies are listed on this page.
If you’ve been contacted by anyone claiming to represent NOVOS through other channels, please stay alert & report it:

Agencies live or die by their people with staff, clients, partners. We built NOVOS with people at the core, and went a level beyond the usual "people-first" line to become a genuinely people-led agency. In March 2022 we made that real: NOVOS became employee-owned.
Same team, same values, same culture, but now everyone shares in the success they help build.
Don’t overcomplicate things. Keep things concise, to the point, with no waffle or jargon
Our eCommerce specialism is our superpower. It defines us from the industry and is a key pillar to our growth.
Don’t follow the crowd of the industry. Embrace your uniqueness, personality quirks and share them with others. Don’t shy away from who you are. Just be you.
In eCommerce, we can’t guarantee results. But we can guarantee the best service of any eCom agency.
In SEO we can’t guarantee results but we can guarantee the best service of any SEO agency.
We've always been hybrid. We offer remote contracts for those a certain distance outside our hubs, or office-based contracts where we ask you in roughly once a week. Our offices are culture hubs, not traditional offices e.g. London (Uncommon, Liverpool Street, by Spitalfields) and Sheffield (Cubo, Carver Street), both surrounded by cafes, pubs and shops, with regular socials and events to make the trip in worth it.
We keep it simple: a screening call to check fit, then a skills-based interview. After you apply, our recruitment team reviews your CV and cover letter and arranges the screening call. You'll then meet the hiring manager, who sets a short task to understand how you think, followed by a second interview with the hiring manager and relevant department head. P.S. We're committed to inclusion and diversity, with processes to reduce bias, and we're happy to accommodate individual needs.
We hire always-on. If you're passionate about eCommerce, SEO, AI, PR or paid media, we'd love to hear from you. Reach out to our Head of Operations, Nine van Strydonck, on LinkedIn.
"Stand out, be unique" is one of our values, so show us the extra: a side hustle, an award, a talk, an unusual hobby, a personal project. Keep your LinkedIn updated and share it. We assess every application on merit.
We're BIG on it, healthy, competitive training budgets you control, plus regular internal training from search skills and tools to Excel and presenting. We've also introduced Individual Growth Plans (IGPs) to keep you on track toward your personal and professional goals.
Hugely important to us as happy people make for happy clients. Alongside benefits like unlimited holiday, cycle-to-work and our rewards platform, we work hard to foster a healthy environment in person and online. We want to be the best in the industry, and that starts with the team who make it happen.
Because you'll own part of what you build, work on the brands everyone knows, and help define how eCommerce gets discovered in the AI era... not just execute someone else's playbook.
