The Challenge
Mappin & Webb approached us seeking expert support with an upcoming website migration following ongoing discussions about the group's retail brands, including Watches of Switzerland.
The Objectives
Working closely alongside the Mappin & Webb team, we aimed to successfully migrate their website while minimising any impact on traffic and keyword rankings to maintain their strong online position. They also required support in resolving tracking issues to better attribute traffic and revenue.

The Results
- Organic sessions grew by 45.1% YoY, while unassigned sessions also grew
- Organic revenue increased by 86.4% YoY, and unassigned revenue decreased (which is a positive!)
- Comparing the 3 months after go-live to the same period last year, we can see a 20.2% increase in clicks and a 42.3% increase in impressions
- The total number of top 3 keywords almost doubled to 86.5% post migration
