Mark joined as a PR manager in the middle of 2021 and became 1 of 2 Novos Geordies, before progressing to Head of Digital PR, whilst still being 1 of 2 Geordies. His use of Geordie slang in conversations has educated most of us more than English lessons at school probably did, and we’re sure most of the Novaes walk around their house randomly saying "neet", "gan" or "canny" now. Mark is also a Dad to his wonderful young lad Leo and little girl Lola, who also probably told Mark to paint his home office (which he finally did).

Olivia, our Operations Director, joined NOVOS as a Digital PR Manager in 2019. Olivia makes sure the business is running smoothly day-to-day and that we're a great place to work, and even though she's on calls or in meetings for 8 hours a day, she's able to make time for everyone elses problems and lead the agency. This specifically happens in an hour slot of 5-6pm ,which is fully booked quicker than an Ocado delivery.
