The Challenge
Watches of Switzerland approached us seeking support with a complex site migration. Working together, we successfully minimised the impact it would have on the popular watch brand, maintaining consistent results during and immediately after the migration.
The Objectives
We aimed to successfully migrate the Watches of Switzerland website with minimal traffic and keyword loss, ensuring they saw an instant improvement in overall visibility.

The Results
When comparing the pre-migration and post-migration data, we can see that the total volume of sessions WoW (May 8-14 vs May 15-21) increased by 18.5%/25.8K sessions.
Total revenue also declined by 18.6% WoW since go-live, with unassigned revenue increasing from £0, to £34,779.
Minimal change was identified in the total number of unique KWs pre- and post-migration, too. In fact, those lost represented just 1.9% of organic traffic.
