In 2022 we partnered with a well-known influencer-founded sustainable athleisure brand selling high-quality active, loungewear and swimwear designed for everyday comfort and style.
The Challenge
They wanted to increase customer acquisition and broaden their target audience by cementing the brand as leaders in the conversation around sustainably made activewear.
The Objectives
Our focus was to build and diversify the brand’s backlink profile, whilst featuring them in key publications relevant to their audience to contribute to new customer acquisition and continue to establish the brand as a leader in the activewear industry.
Combining our offsite approach with on-site to ensure we increased the quantity of keywords the domain ranked for to acquire additional commercial traffic.
Strategy Highlights
We identified the need to strengthen the backlink profile by securing more high-authority links (DR 50+) and increasing the number of relevant coverage to boost the brand within the niche, leveraging their strong social presence. Our approach targeted quality national and niche fitness-focused publications through product PR, reactive campaigns, and journalist requests - positioning the brand ahead of key trends in the industry. This ensured deep linking to priority PLPs and PDPs while keeping the brand prominent in top product round-ups and gift guides, maintaining competitive SERP positioning.
