What you’ll be doing:

You will report directly to one of our Digital PR Managers as you aim to deliver commercial growth for our clients through Digital PR. This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your Digital PR skills, work with global brands and develop your career by working with some of the Digital PR and SEO industries best and brightest.

Your Responsibilities:

Account Lead: You will be responsible for leading on a small number of key client accounts. With support from a Digital PR Manager, you will understand the opportunity in front of the client, devise the strategy around the opportunity and with the support of your account team execute the strategy whilst driving performance.
Campaign Lead: You will lead on ideation, creation and execution of Digital PR campaigns for your clients, working closely with internal and external teams throughout.
Reactive Thinking: With support from your account team, you will be across all reactive opportunities for your clients. You will understand the reactive process, the need for speed with reactive opportunities and will be totally in tune with what journalists are looking for when it comes to reactive content.
Date-Driven Creativity: As we aim to deliver industry leading results, you will have the opportunity to flex your creative muscle by coming up with ideas that will ultimately lead to links being built for your clients. Everything we do is backed up by data and you will have the opportunity to lean on our data team to back up your creative thinking
Become an SEO Pro: You will have the opportunity to learn and understand the fundamentals of SEO from some of the best in the business, and you will ultimately understand the link between SEO, Digital PR and the important role we play in bringing both disciplines together.

Skills & experience preferred

2-3 years experience in an ideally agency-side Digital PR role open to both SEO agency experience, PR agencies or in-house PR or even university work experience. It’s not the length of time important to us, it’s your mentality & desire to learn to step out of your comfort zone
Proven experience of placing coverage using a range of methods and working end-to-end on PR campaigns.
Self-motivator, and the ability to work independently on tasks
Experience in contributing and leading client/stakeholder meetings
Strong project management skills, can juggle multiple projects calmly at once without missing a deadline
Ability to organise priorities & meet deadlines and work independently
Experience in using SEO tools & software
An understanding of SEO fundamentals and how links contribute to the overall SEO picture
Strong writing skills – you know how to write a good press release and get people interested
Creative and hungry to learn – we love consuming content and seeing all the amazing PR campaigns in the press from our industry!
