We are looking for an CRM Marketing Manager with a specialisation in eCommerce and deep expertise with Klaviyo. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the launch of our CRM marketing service, build the foundation for our future hires, and play a key role in driving our commercial efforts.
Your Responsibilities
As the CRM Marketing Manager at NOVOS, your primary focus will be on launching, establishing and scaling our CRM marketing service offering:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies tailored to eCommerce clients, utilising Klaviyo to its full potential.
- Implementation Management: Lead the setup, execution, and optimisation of email marketing campaigns, ensuring they drive results for our clients.
- Service Launch: Oversee the launch of the email marketing service within the agency, setting up processes, tools, and best practices for future hires.
- Team Building: Collaborate with leadership to define the structure and hire additional team members as the service grows, ensuring they align with NOVOS's culture and values.
- Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their goals, craft strategies that deliver results, and communicate the value of email marketing within the broader eCommerce ecosystem.
- Sales & Marketing: Partner with the sales and marketing teams to promote our email marketing services, contribute to pitches, and drive business development efforts.
- Reporting & Analysis: Utilise data to analyse campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously improve strategies to maximise client ROI.
Skills & Experience Preferred
If you have around 4 years of experience (or more!) in email marketing, particularly in the eCommerce space, and are skilled in Klaviyo, we want to hear from you!
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Klaviyo Expertise: Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including setting up, managing, and optimising email marketing campaigns.
- eCommerce Focus: Proven experience in driving results for eCommerce brands through targeted email marketing strategies.
- Leadership Abilities: Experience in leading teams or projects, with a keen interest in building and mentoring a team.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of the commercial aspects of launching a new service, including sales and marketing strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering value through effective communication and strategic insights across a range of tactics, not just email eg SMS
- Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in using data to inform decision-making, track performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Creative Problem-Solving: A track record of developing innovative solutions to drive client success in a competitive landscape.
- Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working across teams and with senior stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Email Strategies: Experience segmenting email strategies based on available metrics to maximise results for customers at different stages of their purchasing journey. With case studies to showcase.
- Experience Backgrounds: Open to candidates with experience working at agencies, in house or both.
Additional Skills
- Experience with other email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with other digital marketing channels like PPC, SEO, or Social Media is advantageous.
- Understanding or experience with SMS marketing within CRM
- Knowledge and understanding of CRM, the tactics involved and how they contribute into a wider marketing strategy
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce is a bonus.
- Understanding of pain points in-house CRM managers will be facing
- Awareness of how email is integrated into wider eCommerce channels and strategies
