Beyond Retro sell vintage clothing online and offline. They have shops in the UK and Sweden. The first Beyond Retro store was opened in London in 2002.



The challenge.

Beyond Retro were seeing YoY decline for SEO due to a poor migration from Magento to Shopify. We were set the challenge of turning around performance for their number 1 marketing channel.


Our strategy.

Our approach focused on onsite clean up, content marketing improvements and leveraging Beyond Retro’s brand popularity within their niche. Our projects focused on:

  • IA improvement by creating over 100 new categories that were lost as part of the migration
  • Niche optimisation towards vintage and retro
  • Buyer guide and brand page creation
  • Internal linking improvements
  • Stock management process for PDPs that were only in stock for a few weeks
